Why the Dockatot is the only co-sleeper you need

Prior to trying the Dockatot, I had tried other co-sleepers, and always thought these were what a co-sleeper should look and feel like. Looking back they were definitely NOT worth the amount I spent on them. There are many competitors to the Dockatot but none that quite compare to it, and this is why.

When I received my gifted Dockatot (compliments of the brand), I was pleasantly surprised with the packaging of it. It had a tissue paper atop of it, and a clear zip up bag over the Dockatot itself. Should you ever have to store it away or take it on a trip with you, there’s a cardboard insert that you keep for storing it. This is so it can keep its structured shape.

It comes in so many different prints!

The print I chose to go with was a green leaf print called “Bananas for you”. I chose this print because after being a mother to one I’ve experienced my set of blowouts and spit up stains. I knew this would be a fun yet functional print that would work for my 3 month old.

They have many different prints to choose from, no matter what your style there is sure to be one that fits yours. They also have a ton of limited edition and new prints that come out throughout the seasons.

Different sizing

The Dockatot comes in two sizes. The Deluxe is designed for babies 0-8 months and the Grand, for babies 9-36 months. We of course went with the Deluxe, as this co-sleeper is specifically for my 3 month old. We hope to transition her to sleep on her own when she is a couple months older. The Dockatot serves a couple of purposes, it is first off and foremost a fantastic co-sleeper, but it also serves as a lounger during the daytime. It is also a great playtime lounger with the right accessories.

The Dockatot has these accessories called toy archs, and toy sets for playtime that you can purchase separately on their site. As well as a selection of transport bags and replacement parts for it. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the way the Dockatot is made and it’s structured design. It has a soft yet supportive surface at the bottom of it, where the baby rests, so no matter where I place my daughter, she always has support and isn’t feeling the harshness of the floor surface or elsewhere.

I also like how the end of the Dockatot opens up as my daughter grows to give her more room and longer use out of this great piece. In my opinion, it is superior to all co-sleepers I have previously tried and a definite mommy must have.
