Celebrate Dad with Culver’s

Father’s Day is less than two weeks away. Have you made any plans to celebrate?

Shopping for that special man in your life can sometimes be difficult, that’s why when I’m thinking of what to get my hunny for any occasion, I always think about the things he loves. My guy is obsessed with three things, golf, family, and food. Golf is often something he enjoys with the guys or alone, so I decided to combine his love for family and food when planning this special occasion. 

There’s so many places that we love to spend time eating at, but we always come back to a family favorite, and that place is Culver’s. That’s why this Father’s Day we’ll be hitting up our local Culver’s to enjoy a day of dad. They have the yummiest food and options for everyone in your family. My hubby loves a good burger, and he always gets the Culver’s Bacon Deluxe. Their fresh, never-frozen beef is seared on the grill and topped with a lightly toasted bun. It’s his absolute fave and definitely a fan favorite as well. 

I’m more of a chicken basket and dip kind of gal, so I always opt for the four-piece chicken tenders basket to share. The crinkle-cut fries are also bomb! Crispy, flavorful, and always fresh.  Combined with their cooked to order meals, we always get their signature root beer, it is so good, and we ALWAYS get a refill to go.

Now the girls are a completely different story. They both have a sweet tooth so they go absolutely crazy for the Fresh Frozen Custard that Culver’s is known for. They always try a different flavor, but their favorite is the cookie dough. Their frozen custard is thick and creamy and prepared in small batches throughout the day so it stays nice and fresh! The smiles across their faces say it all, they really enjoy the frozen custard here at Culver’s. Dad and I will sometimes jump on the frozen custard train and treat ourselves to one as well, but we love the shakes just a little bit more. They are so good! 

Culver’s is open to dine in, but you can also enjoy their cooked-to-order food through the drive-through if you are pressed for time. We always love sitting down as a family to enjoy our food, so we often opt for indoor seating to enjoy our meals. They also do have outdoor seating underneath shaded umbrellas, so if it is a particularly nice day we like to do that as well! The atmosphere is always friendly, and the establishment is always clean and inviting. 

No matter what the occasion Culver’s never disappoints, and we always know we will leave with a full tummy and an even fuller heart.
