Big Room Refresh with Big Lots Dream Street Collection

This post has been sponsored by Big Lots . All thoughts and reviews are my own.

We are nearing the end of the year you guys! A little more than a month and it will be 2020. This year sure has flown by, and we have been through so many changes with the girls. We transitioned our little Hailee out of her crib just a few short months ago, and she has been sleeping on her own every night. I know, I know we thought it would be difficult too, but it just came down to getting her into a new routine and she is doing amazing! There’s the exception of our cuddle session every morning. when she climbs into our bed. But you can’t blame a mama for savoring every minute of those baby hugs while she can. With a new year coming up we think that calls for a new bedroom refresh! That’s why we are so excited to partner up with Big Lots for their Dream Street Kids Bedroom, Bedding, and Decor collection!

I’m not going to lie, it’s been a hot minute since I’ve visited my local Big Lots, but you guys they have really stepped up their game! My Big Lots was entirely renovated, they have a killer furniture section, and are super organized! Seriously, one of my biggest pet peeves is not being able to find what I’m looking for when I shop. But it was a breeze to get Haillee all of her new bedding and accessories for this bedroom refresh! They also have a killer home decor and holiday section right now, I’m talking jam packed with so many options!

Big lots has also made some massive changes when it comes to their kids section, and all things bedding. We fell in love with their Dream Street collection for kids. They have such fun colors and so many different options. Their four main themes are Unicorn, Mermaid, Sports and Woodland. We opted for the Pink Circle Twin Piece Comforter and the Gold Dot Sheets to go with it. Staying true to Hailee’s favorite color, we got a Cat Hooded Sleeping bag and a cozy Dream Street Pink Bunny Hooded Throw Blanket, for when Hailee has sleepovers with her friends or has her cousins overnight. She was also in dire need of some storage for her toys, so we opted for the six cube storage cubby with these pink fabric bins to make everything look tidy and neat in her space … even when it’s not! The Dream Street Unicorn Letter Board was just so cute, she had to have it for her room, so we grabbed that as well!

We had so much fun revamping her room with this collection that we had to have a sleepover to test out all these fun new things we got for her room. I decided to get the girls some treats and have a movie night for them, it was a lot of fun and we are looking forward to spending more time in her room! Stay tuned for my next blog post on how we organized Hailee’s six cube storage cubby with Big Lots Dream Street Collection for kids.
